Lydia Taylor is a married mother of five with over 15 years of experience in real estate and property management. She began her career in property management as a leasing agent in multi-family apartment homes. Over the years she worked her way up to Regional Property Manager and Special Projects Coordinator working directly for the COO of a multi-state property management firm. During her time as an onsite and Regional Property Manager, she maintained thousands of units and managed multiple employees. She supervised large construction and rehabs of properties. And she developed, maintained, and implemented workflow systems for onsite and regional managers to use. Eventually, she tired of the large corporate work environment and began her own company in 2012 with the hope to help not only investors but homeowners who were looking for alternatives to selling their home in a struggling market. She maintains an Alabama Broker’s License.
